Winter activities there is a lot to experience

The Schladming-Dachstein region is a very popular ski region, but guests are not only drawn to our region for skiing, there is much more to discover and explore. The possibilities range from cross-country skiing, winter hiking, snowshoeing, ski touring, tobogganing by day or by night, horse-drawn carriage rides, a ride on a fat bike and much more.

In winter on the farm

From the Holdhof you can see the perfectly groomed ski slopes that are only a few minutes away from us. But the children can also romp around in the snow on the farm.

Skiing and snowboarding

Unlimited skiing pleasure in the middle of Ski Amadé with the Schladming 4-mountain ski area. The Planai-Hochwurzen valley station and the center of Schladming are 2 km away. A ski bus stop is 150 meters away.

Cross-country skiing

The cross-country Eldorado Ramsau is about 3 kilometers away from us. Countless kilometers of cross-country trails for classic cross-country skiers and skaters await you, and on the route there are a wide variety of refreshment stops.

Tobogganing day and night

On the Hochwurzen there is a 7 km long natural toboggan run that is illuminated in the evening. During the day a perfect change for the whole family and in the evening the adults can turn night into day.

Winter hiking, snowshoeing, ski tours

For those seeking peace and quiet, a hike through the snow with or without snowshoes is the right activity or a ski tour far away from skiing. A ski tour over the Dachstein glacier to Obertraun is highly recommended.
